Why a Nature Inspired Preschool?
Research has shown the many benefits of nature-based early childhood education. These include supporting creativity and problem solving, enhancing cognitive abilities, increasing physical activity, improving social relationships, and supporting child development. Our class day is structured to allow for child-driven exploration of outdoor spaces in order to discover, learn, and reflect.
As the world evolves, it is crucial for children to learn how to adapt. Nature, with its constant transformations, serves as an excellent mentor for creative problem-solving. Outdoor exploration and play offer unique physical development opportunities that indoor activities cannot replicate. Through interactions with peers, teachers, and their surroundings, children cultivate social and emotional skills that will benefit them throughout their lives.
